Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of caterreply.com and the CaterReply service, provided by Vast Nexus LLC ("we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CaterReply provides software that helps catering businesses manage inquiries, proposals, follow-ups, appointments and client communications.

2. Accounts and trials

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Free trials end on the date stated at signup unless converted to a paid plan.

3. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable once setup work has been completed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to message anyone without the consent required by law, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your own clients before sending them text messages through the service, and for complying with applicable laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.

5. SMS program terms

• Program name: CaterReply notifications
• Description: messages related to your setup request, appointment reminders, and account and service updates.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
• For help, reply HELP or email hi@caterreply.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. Your data

You own the data you and your clients enter into the service. You grant us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, such as CRM, messaging and payment providers. Payments from your clients are processed by your own payment provider account, and the funds go directly to you.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific number of inquiries, bookings or revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
